ALEC (Aberdeenshire Life Education Centres)
P3 enjoyed a visit from Harold the Giraffe and the ALEC team on Monday 25th September 2017. They took part in a ‘Feelings’ workshop and learned about internal body parts, how food, water and air get into the body and blood, know where someone could get help if they were being upset by someone else’s behaviour and recognise, name and understand how to deal with feelings.
