Healthy Living Group

Health LivingIn the Healthy Living Group we focus on living healthily by eating healthy and exercising.  We encourage you to eat vegetables and fruit and try to have exercise roughly every day.

We have started a wrapper free Wednesday, meaning everyone will try to bring a piece of fruit or veg to school instead of junk food. We have been checking peoples packed lunches to see if they have something healthy in them.

We have made posters and put them up around the school to show what happens if you eat unhealthily.

We are also trying to start a tuck shop.  We have been doing surveys with the school for them to have a say on what to have at the tuck shop.

Everyday, the pupils of this school are taking part in daily runs for five minutes.
